I loved the phoenix necklace. It is classy and comes nicely presented. I like the personalization since I was giving it to someone as a gift and it just ups the class. Besides all of this, the company worked with me specially to send it off a tad later as I wasn't going to be home when it was originally scheduled to arrive. They were so polite and helpful about everything! I also got the pearl and the lily and am going to keep it for myself. Very nicely done!
