Great communication! She was helpful in laying out what I wanted, I let her know when I needed it and she was able to ship it, the charms came exactly as described.

The items I had engraved came earlier than the expected window, were packed well, separately, and beautifully, and Ronny was awesome with communication regarding size, engraving size, and offered font options with photos. I made a slight adjustment and they turned out so nicely. They will pair well with the small items I am adding them to. Will order again if small engraving is needed.
