The charm is excellent quality, the engraving is clear & professionally done, love it! The customer service is truly top-notch. This seller provided a mock-up and was incredibly patient in doing the best to meet all my requirements. The first delivery was unfortunately lost in the mail, but seller generously remade the charm and sent a replacement at no additional cost, including the shipping. I’m truly grateful that this seller went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. The package was wrapped extremely carefully for protection. You can really feel the care, passion, and attention to details this seller puts into the work and customer service. The whole experience was wonderful. This seller genuinely cares about the customers. I highly recommend this shop — anyone who orders from this seller won’t be disappointed!
